A preview of what to expect

At English Tea Shop, every year of impact tells a deeper story, one shaped by our farmers, employees, partners, and our global Prajāva. Our upcoming Impact Report 2024–2025 is almost here, and it reflects a year of meaningful progress and purpose-driven action.
Before we release the full report, here’s a glimpse of what you can look forward to.
- 1. A Year Marked by the King’s Award for Enterprise 🏆
One of the proudest highlights captured in this year’s report is being honoured with the King’s Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development (2025): the UK’s highest recognition for responsible business.
The Award acknowledges our long-term commitment to sustainability, farmer empowerment, employee ownership, and our organic-first approach. It also reflects the strength of our unique business model and the collective effort of our entire value chain.
2. Deepening Our Organic Farming & Biodiversity Work 🌿
The report shares progress from our biodiversity partnerships, soil-health studies, farmer-led beekeeping, and the ongoing MRV (Monitoring, Reporting & Verification) project; all designed to strengthen long-term climate resilience.
3. Scaling Farmer Empowerment 👩🏽🌾
Expect updates on:
- Certification support
- Targeted knowledge-sharing
- Crop localisation
- Training of Trainers (TOT) programmes
- Parent & Child Benefit Programme
These initiatives reinforce our belief that when farmers thrive, communities prosper.
4. Stronger Climate Action & Clear Emission Goals 🌱
This year, we set a decisive direction for our climate journey.
Net Zero 2040
Targeting net zero emissions across our value chain by 2040
2030 Insetting Goal
Achieving 50% emissions reduction through insetting by 2030
We are reaffirming our commitment to reach Net Zero by 2040.
As an interim milestone, we have also set the goal of:
Achieving a 50% reduction through insetting by 2030 (from a 2023 baseline), with the balance met through offsetting.
This ensures our carbon strategy prioritises regenerative farming, resilient communities, and actionable climate solutions within our own value chain.
5. A Stronger Culture of Employee Wellbeing & Ownership💛
From mental health support and nutrition improvements to confidence-building programmes and employee-led product development, the report highlights how we continued nurturing a supportive, inclusive workplace grounded in shared ownership.
6. Packaging Innovations & Renewable Energy Progress 🌍
This year also saw meaningful steps in reducing environmental footprint, including transitioning to unbleached packaging and expanding solar energy usage at our facilities.

The Impact Report 2024–2025 is one of our most forward-looking yet — shaped by transparency, regeneration, and shared prosperity.
Stay tuned for the full release.
Together, we continue building a world where organic farming thrives, communities flourish, and sustainability is more than a commitment; it’s who we are.
