Partnering with her husband, she co-owns a 12-acre farm that we support, cultivating a vibrant array of produce. Kanthi’s passion for farming extends beyond the fields; she aims to inspire more women to embrace agriculture, fostering positive change within the industry.
Inspired by the dedication of women in the tea industry, Zakia pursued a career in tea tasting, embracing her passion for sensory exploration. At English Tea Shop, she finds a nurturing environment that encourages her growth and celebrates her enthusiasm.
Dilsha’s passion for technology led her to become the first female technician in the tea industry, breaking gender stereotypes along the way. Encouraged by English Tea Shop’s belief in her abilities, she inspires other women to pursue their passions fearlessly.
